The universal I/O module AG900-16IO features 16 uniformly isolated signal channels. Each channel can be matched with different conditioners to achieve the acquisition and output of various signals, including AI, AO, DI, DO, PI, TC, RTD, NAMUR, HART, etc., and complies with the Ethernet-APL standard. AG900-16IO meets the APL specification requirements and connects to the APL power switch via the APL TRUNK to communicate with the controller, obtaining configuration information and output signal set values, while simultaneously sending back the current status of the module.

    The universal I/O module AG900-16IO features 16 uniformly isolated signal channels. Each channel can be matched with different conditioners to achieve the acquisition and output of various signals, including AI, AO, DI, DO, PI, TC, RTD, NAMUR, HART, etc., and complies with the Ethernet-APL standard. AG900-16IO meets the APL specification requirements and connects to the APL power switch via the APL TRUNK to communicate with the controller, obtaining configuration information and output signal set values, while simultaneously sending back the current status of the module. It also controls field devices (such as valves, positioners, etc.) by transmitting current or switch signals with them. AG900-16IO supports redundant configuration. When in redundant configuration, only the working module conducts real-time data communication at any given time, while the standby module ensures real-time data synchronization by listening. AG900-16IO is equipped with rich self-diagnostic functions for faults, which are displayed on the module panel through indicator lights. Diagnostic information can also be uploaded to the monitoring software for easy reference. It has an in-place detection function, capable of determining whether it is in place (properly inserted), and when AG900-16IO is the working card, it can also determine whether the corresponding channel conditioner is in place.
